Hi  Rick, 

Can  you  please  let  me  know  if  you  know  why  3960,  3970,  3855  Ingraham  Street  didn’t  make  it  on  this  years  assessments  for 
the  Wilshire  Center  BID? 

3960  and  3855  Ingraham  seem  like  fairly  new  developments,  but  3970  Ingraham  is  an  older  building. 

Also,  I had  a question  about  the  agreement  documents.  Please  give  me  a call  when  you  can.
